Steamboat RockJ&P, LLC is the cattle ranching operation of the Wold Family. It does business under the name of The Hole in the Wall Ranch. The ranch is located in the southwest of Johnson County, Wyoming, and is bounded to the east by the famous Red Wall, a 200-ft. eroded Chugwater formation escarpment that includes the "The Hole in the Wall" of the Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid fame. The ranch lies on the east-facing slope of the southern Big Horn Mountains that climb here to an elevation of 8,000 feet. The Middle Fork of the Powder River, one of two blue-ribbon trout streams of the Big Horn Mountains, bisects the ranch into north and south parcels. The river has cut a spectacular canyon through the mountains leading out into piedmont meadows.

The ranch was known as the Bar C in earlier days. It has always been famous for its cattle. In the earlier times prior to the Johnson County War (1892), it had a reputation for its Black Angus beef cattle which even today graze its mountain slopes and river bottoms. The ranch currently runs about 700 mother cows whose calves are sold every fall to discriminating feeders.

Besides being a nuts-and-bolts working ranch, it is renowned for its recreation environment which supports world-class fishing, hiking, cowboy golf, Indian culture, platform tennis, and hunting.
