Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) has retained Wold Oil Properties to administer certain mineral and royalty interests for MetLife its affiliates, General American Life Insurance Company and White Oak Royalty Company. These interests cover nearly 300,000 acres of minerals throughout 21 states, several of which produce oil and gas, and are available for leasing.
Wold uses its geologic, land, engineering and accounting personnel to provide expertise in the administration of these MetLife interests. WOPI regulates all transactions and oversees their subsequent development for MetLife.
