Riley Ridge, LLC

Riley Ridge Limited Liability Company (RRLLC) was formed in 2007 by Wold Oil Properties, Inc. and SB Energy Partners to drill, develop, process and market methane and helium gas reserves in the Riley Ridge Unit and adjacent lands in Sublette County, Wyoming. RRLLC has teamed with Cimarex Energy Company in the construction and development of the well field and processing plant. When completed the project is expected to market and sell 40 MMCF per day of methane and 1 MMCF per day of helium, roughly 7% of the world helium supply. The entire project will be carbon neutral and is considered an environmental landmark by the natural gas industry for its utilization of best available processing technology.
