Mr. Wold was born in 1948 and grew up in Casper, Wyoming. He attended Williston Academy, graduated with a Biological Science degree from Colorado State University in 1971. Currently, Mr. Wold is actively involved in the management of numerous Wold Company ventures and serves as the President of Wold Oil Properties, Inc. He also serves as the Vice President of American Talc, a west Texas open pit mining and milling operation that produces industrial grade talc that is primarily used in the ceramic tile industry and is the largest single talc mine in the United States.

Jack Wold is co-owner and Partner of Wold Oil Properties, Inc. (WOPI), Whirlwind, LLC and American Talc Company. He is President of Riley Ridge, LLC, a natural gas venture with SB Energy Partners of Denver. RRLLC is engaged in the drilling of wells and the construction of a natural gas processing plant in Southwestern Wyoming. He also serves as Managing Director of Whirlwind, LLC, a wind energy development company with properties in central and southern Wyoming. Prior to joining WOPI in 1983, he was a Senior Geologist with Amoco Production Company and Area Geologist with BWAB, an independent oil and gas company in Denver, Colorado.

Dave Shellenberger graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1978. He passed the CPA exam in May of 1978 and began work as a CPA at Macy and Associates Accounting Firm in July of the same year. He worked there until December of 1982 at which time he joined the Wold Companies as controller. As the companies expanded, Mr. Shellenberger's role was segregated with Dave taking the role of Chief Financial Officer.

A native of Pinedale, Wyoming, Aaron Otteman received two Associates degrees from Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, WY. He went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree in geology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Aaron then moved to Alaska where, after a stint of roughnecking on the North Slope, he took a job with the Minerals Division at the United States Geological Survey in Anchorage. Subsequently, Aaron moved back to Wyoming to complete his Masters of Science Degree in Geology at the University of Wyoming.

A native of Casper, Wyoming, Kevin P. Meenan received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. Mr. Meenan joined Wold Oil Properties in 2006.
Mr. Meenan was in private practice in Casper for over 10 years engaged in a General and Trial practice. He was elected and served several terms as the Seventh Judicial District Attorney in Casper where he handled extensive trial work and supervised the busiest criminal and juvenile docket in Wyoming.
