Peter I. Wold, President

Mr. Wold was born in 1948 and grew up in Casper, Wyoming. He attended Williston Academy, graduated with a Biological Science degree from Colorado State University in 1971. Currently, Mr. Wold is actively involved in the management of numerous Wold Company ventures and serves as the President of Wold Oil Properties, Inc. He also serves as the Vice President of American Talc, a west Texas open pit mining and milling operation that produces industrial grade talc that is primarily used in the ceramic tile industry and is the largest single talc mine in the United States. He is also the managing partner of Hole-in-the-Wall Ranch, a cattle-ranching operation located at the south end of the Big Horn Mountains on the Middle Fork of the Powder River. Mr. Wold is the Managing Director of Whirlwind, LLC a wind development company with multiple wind sites across Wyoming that are in various stages of development. Mr. Wold presently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Enhanced and Improved Oil Recovery Commission (EORC). The Commission oversees the work of the EOR Institute at the University of Wyoming that facilitates the oil industry with economic modeling and reservoir analysis to recover stranded oil in Wyoming oil fields. He is an active member of the Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen (WAPL), the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of Rocky Mountain States (IPAMS).
