Peter I. Wold is the President and co-owner of Wold Oil Properties,
Inc. He manages day-to-day operations of the company including
acquisitions/divestments and negotiations.
Mr. Wold presently serves on the Governor's Enhanced Oil Recovery
Task Force (2003- ). He is an active member of the Wyoming
Association of Professional Landmen (WAPL), the American Association
of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and a former member of the Board of
Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of Rocky Mountain
States (IPAMS). In February 2005, Mr. Wold was appointed by Governor
Dave Freudenthal to serve a three-year term on the newly
created Enhanced and Improved Oil Recovery Institute. The
commission, which oversees the work of the Enhanced Oil Recovery
Institute, an adjunct of the University of Wyoming will develop
programs to assess enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technology and
research in recovery processes. Mr. Wold will represent the oil and
gas industry.
Mr. Wold served in the Wyoming State House of
Representatives from 1989-1992 and two terms on the Executive
Committee of the Petroleum Association of Wyoming. He completed two
terms on the Board of Directors of the Denver Branch of the Federal
Reserve Bank, Kansas City District (1993-1998). He is a director of
the National Advisory Board, School of Environment and Natural
Resources, University of Wyoming (2002- ), and a director of the
Board of mutual funds of OppenheimerFunds, Inc., an international
investment company (2002- ).
A graduate of Colorado State University, Mr. Wold holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Biological Science.

Jack Wold is Vice-President and co-owner of Wold Oil Properties, Inc., (WOPI)
located in Casper, Wyoming and Vice-President of Ramu International Limited
Liability Company.
Prior to joining WOPI in 1983, he was a Senior Geologist with Amoco Production
Company and Area Geologist with BWAB, an independent oil and gas company in
Denver. Mr. Wold has served as President of the Wyoming Geological Association,
President of the Rocky Mountain Section of the American Association of
Petroleum Geologists, and serves on the executive committees of the Petroleum
Association of Wyoming and the Independent Petroleum Association of
the Mountain States (IPAMS).. He has served on the Boards of the
First Interstate Banks of Wyoming, the Casper Rotary Club, YMCA and
Central Wyoming Boy Scouts. He was President and co-founder of the
Business Advisory Committee on Education, the Classroom Wyoming
Foundation, and past Chairman of the Natrona County School Board of
Trustees. Mr. Wold serves on the Board of Trustees of Colorado
College and the Taft School. He now manages the branch office in Denver, Colorado.
A graduate of Colorado College with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Mr. Wold
received his Masters in Geology from Cornell University.

Dave Shellenberger graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.A. in
Accounting in 1978. He passed the CPA exam in May 1978 and began work as a CPA
at Macy & Associates accounting firm in July 1978 in Casper, Wyoming. He worked
there until December 1982.
In December 1982 he was hired as the controller/CFO for the Wold Companies. He
headed the accounting and finance departments for all of the Wold Family's many
partnerships and corporations. As the companies expanded, the role of controller
and CFO were segregated with Mr. Shellenberger taking the CFO role.
Mr. Shellenberger has been a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants since 1980, and a member of the Wyoming Society of Certified
Public Accountants since 1978. He has been a member of COPAS and has been
involved in various committees for oil & gas taxation in the state of Wyoming.

A native of Casper, Wyoming, Kevin P. Meenan received his
undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston,
Illinois and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College
of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. Mr. Meenan joined Wold Oil Properties in
2006.
Mr. Meenan was in
private practice in Casper for over ten years engaged in a General
and Trial practice. He was elected and served several terms as the
Seventh Judicial District Attorney in Casper where he handled
extensive trial work and supervised the busiest criminal and
juvenile docket in Wyoming. For the two years immediately preceding
his position with Wold Oil Properties, Mr. Meenan engaged in
professional consulting on management, business and policy issues in
both the private and public sectors.
Elected three times
to serve as President of the Wyoming Prosecutors Association, Mr.
Meenan chaired the WPA’s Legislative Committee for 11 years. He was
President of the National District Attorneys Association in 2001 and
served on their Board of Directors for 10 years. Mr. Meenan served
on the Board of Directors for AAA MountainWest in Helena, Montana.
Additionally, Mr. Meenan has served on the Boards of numerous
national, state and local professional and charitable
organizations. He is a member of the Wyoming Association of
Professional Landmen (WAPL).

Chet
Paris has over 25 years of discovering and maturing oil and gas
opportunities with both the majors and independents. He has worked
with Norwegian, British, and Italian companies and with Native
corporations and reservations. He helped start-up PRA, a petroleum
consulting group in Alaska. He has been involved in projects as
diverse as the start-up of the giant Kuparuk oil field in Alaska to
bringing on small gas fields in Texas and Alaska. Chet has worked on
extending the viscous oil resource play in Alaska: assembling,
drilling, and selling large acreage positions in northern Alaska and
the Rocky Mountain overthrust belt; and exploring for oil and gas in
the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea. It is this breadth of
experience that has given Chet an extensive network that he utilizes
in seeking and maturing new opportunities.
Chet received a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Geology from
University of Alaska in Fairbanks, Alaska. He is a member of
American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Society of Exploration
Geophysicists, Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists, and Wyoming
Geological Association..
